INCREDIBLE STUDENT WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES ABROAD

GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE

This programme is aimed at international students who would like to gain practical work skills in a foreign country without much prior experience necessary. The placements are often between two and four weeks and are within the fields of administration, hospitality, or retail.

STUDY AREA INTERNSHIPS

This programme is aimed at students who would like to gain practical work skills within their chosen field in a foreign country. This programme is suited to business, technical, health care and other speciality high schools or training schools. The placements are often between two and four weeks however can be up to 16 weeks if required. There are opportunities in everything from healthcare to engineering to business marketing for the right students.

During weeks 2 & 3 there are only 2 scheduled cultural events for students and the internship runs Monday to Friday.

Introductory tour around Oslo to get you oriented.

Ekebergparken treasure hunt spend an afternoon exploring the forested public park overlooking the city and the Oslofjord searching for artworks dotted around the estate.

24 hr hop-on, hop-off bus tour. Enjoy a panoramic view of Oslo and a hop-on, hop-off ticket good for 24 hours.

Nordic food walking tour. Take a walk around Oslo sampling some of the local food.

Myths and legends of Oslo. Learn the stories of ancient Vikings, criminals and legendary local ghosts as you wind your way through the city.

Oslo wilderness hike. Hike above Oslo into the rural wilderness that surrounds the city and reach the viewpoint Vettakollen to look back down.
