GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE

This programme is aimed at international students who would like to gain practical work skills in a foreign country without much prior experience necessary. The placements are often between two and four weeks and are within the fields of administration, hospitality, or retail.

STUDY AREA INTERNSHIPS

This programme is aimed at students who would like to gain practical work skills within their chosen field in a foreign country. This programme is suited to business, technical, health care and other speciality high schools or training schools. The placements are often between two and four weeks however can be up to 16 weeks if required. There are opportunities in everything from healthcare to engineering to business marketing for the right students.

Treasure hunt around Amsterdam with an interactive scavenger hunt that challenges students to find their way around the city and locate the “treasure”.

Amsterdam Dungeon: The Amsterdam Dungeon is a “must-see” attraction in Amsterdam. It’s an 80-minute tour through Amsterdam’s dark history.

Science Centre NEMO: NEMO is the largest science centre in the Netherlands and is for every visitor interested in the world of science and technology. Explore five floors with exhibits, experiments, demonstrations and workshops.

Anne Frank, Van Gogh, or Rijksmuseum. Take your students on a tour of the top museums in the city.

Boat trip through Amsterdam harbour and channels This day trip is a great way to spend a day winding down while travelling along the picturesque waterways of Amsterdam.
