Enrolments can be done by contacting the TravelEdventures staff via E-mail or directly via the booking option on our website. Upon receipt of your booking, a confirmation of your acceptance and an invoice detailing the payment due will be sent to you. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation invoice. 20% of your course or tour fee must be received within 2 weeks of your date of booking and full payment must be received at least 30 days before your course begins unless otherwise individually specified on your invoice.
If you are enrolling in a course that begins within 30 days, please send full payment within 24hrs of receiving your invoice.
If you’re application is denied, all of these fees will be returned to you immediately.

traveledventures tour or internship). This includes additional transport and
admissions costs where applicable.
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up to date prices.
If you choose to purchase flights through our flight-booking tool in addition to your program then the total amount for flights must be booked and paid directly with the airline under the carrier’s terms and conditions.
In the case where TravelEdventures books a flight for you then all fees and charges must be paid upfront at the time of invoice confirmation. Be aware that in this circumstance both supplier and TravelEdventure amendment and cancellation conditions apply ( see below).
Flight Taxes Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice. .
Flight Schedule Changes It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to travel to ensure the scheduled departure time has not changed.

*All transfers should make reference to the full name and booking number of the student in order to ensure quick and proper credit to his/her account. Students must have paid the full price before departing.
Accommodation is included in the course price if you have chosen this inclusion as specified on your invoice. Students who choose to link courses for longer periods of study and wish to remain in their TravelEdventures arranged accommodation during any weeks without tuition will be subject to additional charges for accommodation-only weeks. These additional costs are not reflected in the course prices listed for each Language school, but can be confirmed by your TravelEdventures consultant. In all countries accommodation is reserved from Sunday to Saturday (am), unless you are informed otherwise.
TravelEdventures individual programs are open to everyone aged 17 years and over unless specified otherwise on our website or on your invoice. Some residences and student apartments have restrictions requiring residents to be at least 17 or 18.
On arrival you will be placed in the correct level at which you should begin your studies. Most language schools teach the 6 stages of the Common European Framework unless otherwise specified. When a Language school has a level with five students or fewer, we reserve the right to reduce the number of lessons per week.
In the event of a Public Holiday in your host country, the Language School will be closed, unless otherwise stated in the student pre-departure information, sent to you with your booking confirmation. Classes missed for Public Holidays will not be made up at a later date.
Photography and film material
By accepting TravelEdventures terms and conditions, the participant accepts that TravelEdventures freely can use all photography, film and sound material that has been created by the school´s staff during the trip, without asking further approval from the participant.
Passports & Visas:|
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.

Travel and Medical Insurance Coverage
All students are required to have overseas medical and accident insurance coverage. More broad travel insurance coverage for theft, flight/accommodation/course cancellations etc are also strongly recommended as TravelEdventures are not liable in these circumstances.
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please check with your local doctor or specialist vaccination clinic.
Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, language school vouchers, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
All cancellations and terminations must be made in writing/via email to TravelEdventures.
The course price shown via the booking tool comprise the Tuition fee as well as the enrolment fee and accommodation fee if you have chosen this option.
The Tuition fee is fully refundable if you cancel more than 45 days prior to the course start date, for cancellation less than 45 days, TravelEdventures will retain the first 4 weeks of tuition fees. The enrolment fee is non-refundable as stated above.
If you cancel your accommodation 45 days or more before the start of the course you will receive a full refund excluding the non-refundable enrolment fee. All fees will be refunded if your Visa application is denied at the time of booking. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to departure, TravelEdventures will retain 40% of accommodation costs.
In cases when the student changes the booking to another destination where fees are lower, the difference in fees between the destinations will not be refunded.
Tour and internship cancellation:
If you cancel your tour 45 days or more before the start of the course or internship you will receive a full refund excluding the non-refundable enrolment fee. All fees will be refunded if your Visa application is denied at the time of booking. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to departure, TravelEdventures will retain 40% of accommodation costs.
Flight cancellations or amendments:
if your tour or group program includes a flight then the conditions of the specific airline/supplier apply. Subsequently in many cases this may mean it is non-refundable and non changeable. Please check cancellation conditions with the airline/supplier before booking. In addition to the airline/supplier charges, TravelEdventures also charges the following amendment and cancellation fees:
Changes/amendments or cancellations to Domestic flight bookings will incur a fee of € 30 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
Changes/amendments or cancellations to International flight bookings (excluding domestic bookings) will incur a fee of € 50.00 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
If you wish to change, amend or cancel flights previously booked online and paid for you must contact [email protected] . Any charges for such change or amendment must be made via credit card or bank transfer and will attract the applicable credit card service fee.
In the event that the World Health Organization (WHO), or an international governmental health authority issues a country-specific travel warning or forbids travel, students have the right to postpone or re-book travel within a period of 365 days. If students wish to cancel, the above stated cancellation stipulations apply.
Course, internships and tour Withdrawal
All withdrawals need to be made in writing/via email to travelEdventures. If you wish to withdraw from your course after arrival at the Language School, you must inform travelEdventures. For cancellations following the start date of your tour, internship or language program there is a 4 week notice period. This means that Traveledventures will retain the fees for any weeks used and also the fees for the following 4 weeks. This notification is your proof of your withdrawal to keep until you have received your refund of any weeks post the 4 weeks notice period. Refunds can only be made by the TravelEdventures representative where the course prices were paid, and TravelEdventures will process all refunds within 45 days of receipt of written notification. These conditions do not affect your rights as defined by the consumer protection laws in your host country. Note: the refund policy for long term programs is as follows: TravelEdventures will retain all remaining charges for Termination after the program mid-point.
TravelEdventures reserves the right to charge a late payment administrative fee and interest of 10% on any amounts overdue.
TravelEdeventures price match Guarantee
On request from a customer, the price match guarantee can be applied at the discretion of TravelEdventures. Given there is often a large differential in price and quality of language schools in one area, price matches only apply to a customer finding discounted prices of a TravelEdventures partner language school or one that offers the same non discounted price per week, standard of accommodation, quality of education and social program as a TravelEdventures partner language school. TravelEdventures reserves the right not to sell it’s products to an individual or to price match at it’s discretion.
With each request to change course towns, course dates, or type of accommodation after your initial enrollment, TravelEdventures will charge you a re-booking fee of $75 which is payable immediately. (This does not apply to students who request a change when extending their course.)
Late Arrivals and Absences
No refund will be granted for late arrivals to a course, or absences during your course. Periods of absence may not be made up with a free extension of the course. TravelEdventures will consider, at its discretion, a partial refund in cases where there is evidential proof of exceptional and extenuating circumstances.
TravelEdventures provides complete financial protection for customers on our tour program itineries, formalized according to EC directives, and guarantees your money back, and your repatriation in the event of the company’s failure. This is not applicable for language courses or flights.
We act as an agent only for our individual language trips. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse for travel services is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason (excluding fault by us) any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.
TravelEdventures will not be liable in any way to the student in the event of any service, contracted to be supplied by TravelEdventures, becoming impossible to supply by reason of industrial dispute or other cause outside the control of TravelEdventures. Without limitation, TravelEdventures and Travelmania GmBH its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading or accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in lodging facilities (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein), dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, epidemics or the threat thereof, disease, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of TravelEdventures. The student assumes all such risk as well as any risks with regard to independently engaged activities. TravelEdventures reserves the right to change or cancel the program or any aspect of the program at any time. TravelEdventures reserves the right to decline acceptance or retain any student on the program if that person’s presence is felt by TravelEdventures to be detrimental to the enjoyment of the program by others, is dangerous to the student or others, or for failure to abide by TravelEdventures regulations. Students who have been removed from their program waive the right to a refund of any part of the fee. TravelEdventures may send the student home at the student’s own expense. TravelEdventures makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications, but it is not responsible for typographical, printing or website content errors, including, but not limited to pricing information. Payment of the required fee/deposit constitutes consent to all provisions of these Enrollment Conditions and to the general information contained herein this website. No warranties, representations, or waiver of these Enrollment Conditions apply to any program unless expressly stated within these Enrollment Conditions (or in writing signed by an officer of TravelEdventures).
Monies Not Held On Trust
All monies paid by you to us will be the property of TravelEdventures and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the money relates have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by us on trust for and on behalf of you and we may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with our own and/or other customer monies.
If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, the laws of Austria will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.
Additional Terms And Conditions for School Groups
Insurance through Traveledventures
We strongly recommend a cancellation and health insurance. Insurance can be booked through the head teacher for the group by sending a list of students who want to be insured by contacting one of our staff members.
When booking, TravelEdventures issues registration forms. These should be filled out and signed by the students parents. The completed originals of the forms should be collected and returned to a Traveledventures office by mail by the head teacher no later than 10 school days after the date of issue.
List of travellers
When enrolling a group, the head teacher should send us the list of accompanying students. This list should include Name, Surname and Date of Birth and is a legally binding booking by the teacher.
Additional activities and services
Additional activities, such as transport passes, museums, musical tickets and other services have to be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable once booked.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree with the above terms and conditions. If you are under 18 your parents will need to sign a consent form allowing you to complete your booking with us.
