GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE

This programme is aimed at international students who would like to improve their German language skills and gain practical work skills.  No prior experience is necessary and placements usually last between two and four weeks.  Placements are normally in the administration, hospitality, or retail fields.

STUDY AREA INTERNSHIPS

This programme is aimed at students who would like to gain practical work skills within their chosen field, in a foreign country. This programme is suited to business, technical, healthcare, and other speciality high schools or training schools. The placements are often between two and four weeks however, they can be up to 16 weeks, if required. We have opportunities in everything from healthcare to engineering to business marketing for the right students.

Internship introduction & city tour.

TUESDAY

Internship & scavenger hunt in Berlin.

WEDNSEDAY

Internship & Kreuzberg tour.

THURSDAY

Internship.

FRIDAY

Internship & German movie evening.

SATURDAY

24h hop-on, hop-off bus around Berlin.

SUNDAY

End of first week, departure of teachers.

WEEK 2 and 3

During weeks 2 & 3 there are only 2 scheduled cultural events for students and the internship runs Monday to Friday.

WEEK 4

SUNDAY

Boat trip on the River Spree.

MONDAY

Internship & musical in Berlin.

TUESDAY

Internship & company visit.

WEDNESDAY

Internship.

THURSDAY

Internship & bike tour.

FRIDAY

Last day of internship, certificates & awards’ ceremony, farewell meeting.

SATURDAY

Day at leisure in Berlin.

Departure day.

AN EXAMPLE OF OUR EXCITING BERLIN ACTIVITIES

The treasure hunt around Berlin is an interactive scavenger hunt that challenges your students to find their way around the city and locate the “treasure”.

The tour of the city takes place on the first day, introducing the city of Vienna, its history and most important sites.

Company visit to a well-known international company in the students’ field of choice.

Guided tour through Kreuzberg which takes you through one of the most interesting areas of Berlin.

Boat trip on the River Spree with a chance to really soak up summer in Berlin and enjoy a leisurely trip along the water.
