GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE

This programme is aimed at international students who would like to gain practical work skills in a foreign country without much prior experience necessary. The placements are often between two and four weeks and are within the fields of administration, hospitality, or retail.

STUDY AREA INTERNSHIPS

This programme is aimed at students who would like to gain practical work skills within their chosen field in a foreign country. This programme is suited to business, technical, health care and other speciality high schools or training schools. The placements are often between two and four weeks however can be up to 16 weeks if required. There are opportunities in everything from healthcare to engineering to business marketing for the right students.

During weeks 2 & 3 there are only 2 scheduled cultural events for students and the internship runs Monday to Friday.

AN EXAMPLE OF OUR EXCITING PARIS ACTIVITIES

 

Boat ride on the river Seine and see the most beautiful sights right from aboard.

City tour ‘Historical Paris’, a brilliant, guided historical city tour that can be tailored to your groups interests.

Visit the Louvre and take your time to view this gigantic museum that houses 400,000 exhibits – the Mona Lisa and the Venus of Milo are just a few examples of the endless array of masterful artworks.

Visit the Cité des Sciences to see interesting technological developments from the past two centuries.

Go to the Musee d’Orsay, which is believed by many to be the world’s best art museum. It has an impressive collection, consisting of the best works of Impressionism. Much recommended!

Take a walk through the Jardin des Plantes and across the Pont Alexandre III with its beautiful ornaments and enjoy a sumptuous view of the surrounding palaces.

Enjoy a tour of the Hotel de Ville. Go to see this beautiful building and one of the many impressive special exhibitions housed in the Parisian town hall.

See the Eiffel Tower, take a climb to the top and look down at the city from the Eiffel Tower’s viewing platforms.
